Well, there are endless ways this can be answered, but in short, a Virtual Assistant does the majority of things that a personal assistant or office administrator does, but they’re never in your office. Answering telephones, replying to emails, invoicing your clients… anything you can do online, your Virtual Assistant can help you with.

All of our plans include a dedicated virtual assistant (VA). You'll work with your VA on a one-to-one basis, continually submitting tasks directly to this person. Your VA will grow to know you, your work, and your preferences, while learning to anticipate your needs without you having to repeat yourself.

All of our VAs are located in Canada and you'll work with an assistant in the time zone of your preference.

Do you live outside Canada? No worries! We currently have clients all over the world and can happily support your needs—wherever you are. Please be aware that your VA will be working from their Canadian time zone tasks though.

Advancing technology means that you don’t need to hire an administration professional to sit in your office. Below is a tiny list of tasks that our VAs regularly carry out for our clients:

Our VAs work standard business hours, Monday through Friday. You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend and your VA will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them.

You know it! Delegating your Gmail inbox to your VA to read, send, and delete messages on your behalf is a great way to stay on top of email and keep your inbox tidy.

We love living in this era of technology! There are so many tools available to us online to make working remotely easy for everyone. We love Dropbox for file sharing, we use Google Apps for our email, calendar and contacts, we use Skype for communicating – just to name a few. Of course, you may recommend new technologies that you use in your business and we are more than happy to use these also.

There are a number of ways to set up the technical side: by diverting your number through to us for instance, but we work that out after having a chat to you to find out what you need. And yes – we can do it from home and your clients won’t know the difference!

Typically we invoice 30 days in arrears, however some of our clients request a two-week payment cycle. This is between you and your VA to agree upon when you commence work.

We have a strict 7 day payment term. If payment is not received within the 7 days, we get sad and you may incur late fees.
